The Architect designed Studio is located on the West side of the Penberth valley in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The accommodation provides a centrally heated open plan living area complete with kitchen, breakfast bar and double bed. One or two "Put me Ups" can be provided. However, for each "Put me Up" there is a one off additional charge of £20.00. The separate bathroom is fitted with a shower cabinet. The Studio has a 32” TV, DVD player, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, combined washing machine tumble drier, and a fan oven with ceramic hob etc. The external facilities include a decked patio area and a garden. An external locking shed is available for bikes, beach and fishing gear etc. The garden leads directly into the beautiful wooded Penberth valley and the famous Logan Rock Inn is a three minute walk away. All this is offered at the most competitive price in Treen inclusive of bed linen, towels and all utilities etc. Car parking: 2 dedicated car spaces in front of the Studio.
